Trivium Group is growing fast, and we need a tech-driven executor who can automate, optimize, and scale our internal systems. This is NOT a “maintenance” role. This is about engineering smart automation, integrating powerful tools, and making everything run 10x smoother.

We’re looking for a developer with an engineering mindset (preferably software engineering) to own our automation, integrations, and tech problem-solving. If you’re the kind of person who sees inefficiencies and immediately starts mapping out solutions, keep reading.


WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Automation & Integrations – Build workflows using Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and other tools to streamline operations.
  • Data & Reporting Optimization – Manage and enhance reporting systems (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, MySQL).
  • Tech Stack Troubleshooting – Solve issues fast and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Custom Solutions – When off-the-shelf tools don’t cut it, build lightweight scripts to get the job done.
  • System Security & Compliance – Keep our tools secure, scalable, and efficient as we grow.
  • Scouting & Implementing New Tech – Find and integrate better tools for maximum efficiency.
  • Leadership Growth – As Trivium scales, you’ll have the chance to lead future tech hires.
